Zeke M.
Zeke grew up in the woods of Lowell, Georgia, and found a passion for the outdoors in high school. Upon graduation from high school, Zeke relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee, to start a season with the Southeast Conservation Corp as a crew member building mountain biking trails in Columbus, Georgia. This season was, unfortunately, cut short because of the pandemic, but Zeke later found an opportunity in Arizona with the Arizona Conservation Corp. After an eight month season in the Prescott National Forest, Zeke attempted to thru hike the Appalachian Trail in 2021. Zeke made it to New York and eventually got off trail. Going back to Arizona after the trail, Zeke continued to work for the Arizona Conservation Corp through 2021. In the summer of 2022, Zeke completed a 30-day Leadership Backpacking Course through NOLS in the Wind River Range of Wyoming. Following this course, Zeke completed a thru hike of the Pinhoti Trail on the East Coast. Always coming back to Flagstaff when he leaves, Zeke did another season with the Arizona Conservation Corp and obtained his WFR certification during this season. On his off days, you can find Zeke hanging out with his friends climbing, thinking about climbing, or planning his next climbing trip!
