Wilfrid V.

Wilfrid (Willy) was born in a small village in the Cévennes (center of France), but came to settle in the the Vercors to practice and be at the heart of his passions: skiing, mountains, and mountain biking. Nordic ski coach for 23 years in winter, mountain guide for 28 years, and mountain bike instructor occasionally, Willy remains faithful to his vocations which allow him to travel throughout Europe and visit the world and its continents full of riches. From Patagonia to Siberia via the Scandinavian countries and Nepal, with skis on or hiking boots always ready, he likes to be surprised by the landscapes. The powder snow in Telemark in winter, the trails scented with scents and flowers in summer, fill this pleasure of travel as a matter of course! Today, the Bavarian Alps, Tyrol, the Dolomites or the Tour du Mt Blanc are mountains that he likes to introduce to the Wildland traveler. The blue and white of the Greek Islands is also a destination that he likes to introduce to walkers.
