Craig R.

Craig hails from the city of Rochester, New York, where he spent summers camping, trout fishing and hiding from the rain. He attended college there, too, where he wrote a lot of papers and learned about Shakespeare and Milton. Years after a relocation to North Carolina, Craig finally found his way west, landing in Las Vegas for some time, where he led trips in the Grand Canyon and southern Utah. Clearly born on the wrong coast, he moved to Truckee, CA to lead trips in the Sierra, snowboard and find a better work-life balance. Craig is a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School, a Leave No Trace Master Educator and sometimes he surfs, rock climbs and mountain bikes. He and his wife, Karen, travel as often as possible and tend to the needs of their Australian Shepherd, Ranger.
