Tamara S.

Tamara Sciacca is originally from San Jose, CA and grew up in Albuquerque, NM where her love of the outdoors was cultivated by spending as much time as humanly possible hiking, camping, backpacking, rock climbing, skiing and snowboarding. She attended Santa Clara University where she studied civil engineering and played soccer, and later earned a degree in Geology from the University of New Mexico. She has discovered her true passion in guiding, which she has been gratefully doing for over a decade on the Colorado Trail, in Rocky Mountain National Park, and in the Grand Canyon. She resides in Silverton, CO where she loves to spend her time off exploring every nook and cranny of the humbling and mighty San Juan mountains.
