James B.

James grew up in the Central Coast of California, playing outside and wandering through the woods. Over time, weekend camping trips gave way to backpacking trips as his passion for the outdoors grew. In the years since then he has worked in corporate team building, climbing and rappelling instruction, and got him start guiding river and backpacking trips for Northern Arizona University’s Outdoor Adventures program. In 2015, James graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Parks and Recreation Management with an emphasis in Outdoor Education. When not in the field, James enjoys mountain biking and climbing around the Colorado Plateau.
