Erin J.

Erin was raised outside of Boulder, Colorado, and grew up hiking, snowshoeing, backpacking, and riding horses in the Rocky Mountains.  After college, she worked a variety of jobs ranging from sales, to non-profit support, to education, and more.  In 2020, Erin finally returned to her love of the outdoors and became an outdoor education instructor on Catalina Island.  She also spent a year working as a field guide for a wilderness therapy program based out of Colorado and Utah.  Erin believes that everyone, regardless of their personal backgrounds, can find a home and a place of learning in the wilderness.  She is passionate about guiding people to have fulfilling experiences in the backcountry while promoting responsible and sustainable recreation in our wild places.
