Diana G.
Diana was born and raised deep in the desert Southwest in El Paso, Texas. It was during college in New Mexico that she was first exposed to the freedom and beauty of the great outdoors. Soon every weekend and holiday break was spent rock climbing and hiking all over the state and northern Mexico. Diana earned a B.S. in Astrophysics but ultimately decided to base her life around travel and the great outdoors. Since 2008, she has been working as an outdoor educator, naturalist, backpacking guide, and rock climbing guide. She has worked all over California, Maine, South Korea, and Nepal sharing her love of the outdoors. During her free time, Diana explores America’s vast public lands and travels to countries all over Asia, Africa, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. She loves spending time in vastly different cultures and connecting with people. Her passions include rock climbing, exploring both urban centers and wilderness areas, science, independent films, cooking, thrift store shopping, photography, dancing, and cultural anthropology. Diana firmly believes in the transformative power of travel and the outdoors and hopes to help people find their place in it.
