Brooke H.
Brooke has loved the outdoors since a young age. While growing up she would spend evenings after school playing in the woods behind her house in Indiana and family vacations visiting state and national parks. While attending Belmont University in Nashville, TN, she experienced the invigorating world of backpacking on a trip in the Appalachian Mountains. Since that first trip she was hooked. She has visited 40 National Parks, hiked the Camino de Santiago across Spain, and also worked guiding backpacking trips in the Smoky Mountains. She adores sharing her passion for the wilderness, the National Parks and Forests, local flora/fauna, and conservation with guests. In her spare time she loves spending time with her dog, hanging out on the water in any capacity, practicing yoga, and attending concerts. In addition to guiding, she’s also a Certified Yoga Instructor.
