Natasha is a former business analyst turned writer, outdoor adventurer, and mental health instructor. When not at the desk, you’ll find her backpacking the Sierra Nevada Mountains, trail running in the rain, still water kayaking, pedaling her gravel grinder bike, or snowboarding within or outside resort boundaries. In addition to freelance writing, and editing her unpublished manuscript, she also teaches Mental Health First Aid USA to the outdoor and technology industries.
