Paris G.

Growing up in Washington DC, the desire for travel and outdoor exploration took Paris at a young age. From the forests of coastal Maine to the Sierra Nevada mountains, from the Himalayan peaks of India to the thick rainforest of South Africa, Paris put all his energy into planning, funding and executing various trips across the United States and the world. He went to university at SUNY Plattsburgh and Majored in Expeditionary Studies. In his freshman year he enlisted in the New York Army National Guard and served for six years. For the last three years he has lived nomadically, currently in a van that he converted himself. He loves to hike, ski, climb, run and sail, and never misses an opportunity to get outside!
