Our Utah basecamp tours are opportunities to explore the magic of the Canyon Country on foot and outdoors, but with a refreshing level of comfort. Making our home in premier, established campgrounds (we provide all camping gear and meals), we set out on daily hikes to visit waterfalls, arches, natural bridges, slot canyons and more. Your expert Wildland guide will help the landscape come to life through stories of ancient visitors, explanations of natural phenomena, tidbits of knowledge, and contemporary topics of interest. Each evening we’ll return to our camp, where your guide(s) will prepare wonderful outdoor meals while you relax and soak up the fresh air and amazing views.

We offer multiple basecamp tours to the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, all of which mix in time at other amazing Utah national parks. You can combine the Grand Staircase-Escalante with Zion and Bryce for a “Best of Utah” experience, or focus more on the Grand Staircase by combing it with just Bryce Canyon National Park.
